When a company organizes an event, the first question that often comes up is simple: “What is the return on investment?”

In reality, the ROI of a B2B event is not limited to the sales generated in the days that follow. It is also measured through the experience of the participants.

Our moderator of the day, Tanguy Deschamps is working for Tero, a company based both in Belgium and Luxembourg, and offering a variety of solutions for team building activities and catering. They wanted to objectify this question by sending a short post-event satisfaction survey to the participants covering several key aspects of the experience. Why is this important?

Because behind every successful event, there are dozens of operational details that directly influence the experience. And it is often in these informal moments that important conversations are born. Not during a presentation. During an activity or around a table. The real ROI of a B2B event is therefore not only financial. It is relational. It is experiential. And it is also measured in the real satisfaction of the participants.

And you, how do you measure the success of an event in your company?

Let’s connect and share our best practicies .

This session is complimentary for both MPI members and non-members.
