We are inviting qualified Meeting Planners (agencies, associations & corporates) to apply for our exclusive Hosted Buyer Group at Events Day Paris 2026, the trade show for the meetings and events industry.
On December 3, 2026, the event industry gathers in Paris. Five worlds under one roof: MICE, AI, Event Tech, Impact & Ticketing. Qualified B2B meetings, no-nonsense conferences, real networking.

Events Day Paris 2026 is designed to connect top-tier planners with 200 premier suppliers and offer impactful education, networking, and business development.
Hosted Buyer Benefits Include:

Hosted Buyers are evaluated based on:
- Potential to organize events in France
- Frequency and size of events organized
- Purchasing authority within your organization
- Annual events budget
- Number of attendees per event
Mandatory to Hosted Buyers; appointments to be scheduled with the exhibitors. You will be able to select the service providers with whom you wish to have appointments directly from your personal space on the event platform (link will be sent after confirmation).
Hosted Buyer Registration:

This form is quick and easy to complete. You’ll just need to provide a few basic details (name, job title, company, email, mobile number, country, application criterias)
Hosted Buyer Cancellation Conditions:
In case of cancellation, participants must be replaced.
If replacement is not possible, cancellation fees may be applied by the organizer Meet&Com Group:
- 10 business days before the event: €480 excluding tax
- 3 business days before the event: €650 excluding tax
