We are inviting qualified Meeting Planners (agencies, associations & corporates) to apply for our exclusive Hosted Buyer Group at Events Days Grand Est - Nancy 2026, the second edition of the trade show for the meetings and events industry in the Grand Est Region of France, from Alsace to Champagne.
You have the choice to attend the event as Hosted Buyer in alternative ways :
- Just one day on June 02, 2026 09:00-22:00
- Two Days / One night in Nancy 02-03 June, 2026
- Two Days / One night including pre-event familiarization tour in Mulhouse 01-02 June, 2026

Hosted Buyers are evaluated based on:
- Potential to organize events in the Grand Est Region of France
- Frequency and size of events organized
- Purchasing authority within your organization
- Annual events budget
- Number of attendees per event
Mandatory to Hosted Buyers; appointments to be scheduled with the exhibitors. You will be able to select the service providers with whom you wish to have appointments directly from your personal space on the event platform (link will be sent after confirmation).
If you do not wish to have a schedule of appointments, the coverage of your attendance will not be automatic and will be subject to approval by the event organizer.

This form is quick and easy to complete. You’ll just need to provide a few basic details (name, job title, company, email, mobile number, country, application criterias)
Hosted Buyer Cancellation Conditions:
In case of cancellation, participants must be replaced.
If replacement is not possible, cancellation fees may be applied by the organizer Meet&Com Group:
- 10 working days before the event: €480 excl. tax
- 3 working days before the event: €650 excl. tax
