“Hi Chloe, I’m going to need you to organise a 1-day meeting for about 30 people in 6 weeks time in Brussels. Can I leave it with you?” If this is the type of brief you normally receive, don’t panic or despair! And don’t jump straight into the logistics! In this session, we’re going to help you take a step back and explore together the 3 questions you should ask, no matter what type of event or meeting you are asked to organise. These questions are the keystone to all other decisions that will be made about the event or meeting, including strategy, design and delivery (logistics). If you ask the right questions, you will solve the right problems and create a better experience with better outcomes for everyone involved!
In this interactive and engaging session, participants will have the opportunity to put the theory into practice. Using the 3 keystone questions that found the basis for all successful events, participants will split into small groups, work through real case studies together based on their own experience, and be guided by a worksheet that will be provided. Feedback, highlights, key learnings and additional resources will be shared at the end.
